Default 91 civic starting issue

When you turn the key to start the car, all the lights come on and stay on but it won't start. No cranking or anything.

I thought my ignition switch went bad, but i replaced that and it still won't start.

I checked the fuses and they're fine. I'm really stumped...

Check Your grounds.

Main Relay.

Or push your Key in a little when you turn it over.

Mine did the same exact thing.

Could it be the ground wire that bolts to the top of the valve cover and then runs straight across to the frame ? I was messing with that the other day, so does that wire have anything to do with the engine starting ?

Is the main relay located to the left of the interior fuse box ?

Thanks for the replies everybody.

I had my brother come over ( mechanic ) and he concurs. It's the main relay, but we're still unable to locate it. I checked all the relays that i could see that were near the interior fuse box.

He works on forklifts.

He's really good at what he does too. Just not used to Hondas.
