At the top of the page, just below the button that you clicked in order to make this thread, is a thread titled..

► FAQ's and Guidelines - READ BEFORE POSTING!

You're supposed to read it before making a new thread.

From the FAQ's..
Automatic to Manual Conversion: Link
How much it will cost depends on who you buy the parts from, and whether or not you do your own work.
You should be able to buy everything you need (used) for $600 or less from a private seller, maybe more if you buy the parts from a junkyard.

On a side note: Thread titles should be relevant to the inquiry. Please keep this in mind next time you're making a new thread.

If you plan on posting in the future, try not to make the title o fthe thread so vague... Try and be more specific. That way the right people can give you the right feedback in a more timely manner. ...Just some food for thought.

If need to ask this question, an auto-to-manual conversion is probably beyond your skill set. I wouldn't discourage you from attempting it yourself, but if you do be prepared for the possibility that it may take many many hours to complete and if you do something incorrectly and run into issues at start up the diagnosis would be very difficult.

The cost of labour, depending on your area, would likely be between $2500-3000.
