so i recently did a engine swap and i took it out for a test drive and flick the signal to turn....WTF...got home and checked the fuses (engine bay and under dash) everything was good..what you guys think it would be wrong? just spend all my money on the swap so don't plan on taking it to the shop..im sure they'll charge a arm and leg...any suggestions thanks...

 

or if anyone knows where the relay is for this is? or a diagram of it would help and how to test if relay still works...thank guys

 

Did you forget to reconnect the plug at the rear of the hazard switch?

 

Yeah thats what it sounds like. Top connector on the climate control.

 

there is a relay for the blinkers the one that makes the ticking sound when the turn signals are on, its under the dash its a black box kinda thing

the hazard plug is plugged in...that the thing...

 

im not sure what its called. it went bad in my eg. i replaced it they started working again
its the relay that makes the blinking blink. its in your fuse box

 

Test the hazard switch. Does it get voltage from both dash fuse 12 and hood fuse 53?
