It's really hard to see slightly bent things to the ''naked eye'' first things first, I would put it on an alignment rack..

Horrible, man I would of raised hell or asked to speak with management. Take it to a reputable shop.

At my shop we don't charge if we can't do the alignment and we will gladly explain issues to customers.. wow man.

If the wheels sit further back in the wheel wells, you have a caster issue. Someone probably hit a curb and bent the LCA and/or the tension rod. DA's have tension rods, right?

Why would you pay someone $80 not to align the car? You're either a troll and we've all been had...or you're way too easy going.

calll the shop back, ask for the manager tell him what happen and that you are not happy with what happen the other day. you woundt loose anything. Post the shops name so they can have a bad reputation and nobody will go there.

x2

even with caster out of whack you can still set the toe.

unless you have bent suspension arms and the shop just didn't want to touch the car.

if that was the case no shop i could ever imagine would charge not to touch a car
