EK3 D15B rev.problem
Hi guys,
our thoughts are "check engine" already:
a friend of mine bought this unit few weeks ago.. and we have this annoying problem.. there is this popping sound on initial rev..like at idle is 700RPM, then gas up and revt.. then this disgusting popping sound start, its like a machine gun but @ 2Krpm its gone, only few seconds after hiting the gas pad
already check the wirings
clean throttle body / chamber
checked aligment of the valve
change TPS
replace cam shaft
replace head gasket
replace and test ijectors
change/test ECU
check with computer all is OK
I raelly need help, any suggestion what to do

Have yet to hear where this popping sound is coming from. Head? Exhaust? Does it throw any CELs? What were the results of the compression test?
