Default Horrible, Horrible Gas Mileage

I/H/E B18A swapped CRX. I installed a 255lph, with a adjustable FPR. I get around < 130 miles per tank! AH! Burning a whole through my bloody pocket. I checked the sending unit, OHMs are within spec. I have a new 190 fuel pump from a S2000, I was thinking to swapping it in. But inevitably it doesn't matter how big of a fuel pump, just as long as there is a adjustable fpr? Any input guys?

Your fuel pump can pump to it's hearts content and any extra fuel should be going back to the tank in the fuel return line.
Sounds like your FPR is set too rich.
Any reason you have an adjustable on there rather than just the stock FPR?

Are you running a chipped ECU? What program and where did you get the program from?
...and of course - are you throwing any CEL codes?

No chipped ECU, just the stock PR4. Honestly didn't think I would need a tune, since basically I have the basic upgrades. Anywho, I will be converting the car to obd1 soon, and get it tuned and solve this issue. The reason why I have a adjustable FPR is due to the fuel pressure was literally at 60psi with the stock unit, once I first start it up with the 255 fuel pump.
