The car has some wax that was dried up on the roof of the car pre-me owning it that I can't get off. Also there's a dent in the drivers fender but I have a replacement for it I'll toss in for free. Also one right above rear drivers tire but looks easy to fix. The clutch has truthfully less than 1,000 miles on it. It blew out at this past IFO so I swapped it in and have barely driven it since it's been finished.

Not actually bad pricing compared to some other people; throw some Oem wheels on that and you got yourself a sleeper. Bump for k!
I got some LS Mesh that needs 1 tire (other 3 are new) that I'd let go with it for $300 bones. Those rims are on there cause I got em at a crackhead type price and 17's spin a little less than the 15's.
You should be putting more down then 400.... Built and at 12psi. Someone didn't tween the cam angle sensors.

The numbers I made were solid and good for me but I think the cars got a lot more left in it.
I thought about upping the fuel pressure and shooting for 450-475ish but I just don't got the heart to keep pushing the car. I really want a Z/G and go into the tucking nice ride.

I could probably go back and dyno it again if I needed to on a little better of a day at 12LBS (not creeping to 12) and see what she does but I just don't wanna drop the money for another dyno run. 
It's always good to know that your car (mine) is making around the same as many other people. Funny thing tho the car was dyno tuned at Stage6 and made 362WHP then came home to my guy and just 2lbs more we squeezed it out to 399WHP, but hell I ain't complaining it's fast enough to play with anything down here.
