I need a pic of one outside of the car, to see if the one on my 89 is missing something. Also does anyone have on for sale?

 

i have a clutch cable ...why do you think yours is missing...just look on your tranny

you know where it connects to the end of the tranny? where the plastic adjusting bolt is? I wanna know if on the other end there is another bolt (a bolt that keeps the cable tight when adjusting) lmk.

 

if you look at the picture #4 is the clutch cable and all the way on the right there is the big plastic adjuster and all the way on the end is the bolt that attaches to the tranny. What I want to know is if there is another bolt in btw those two that is next to the plastic adjuster. Thanks. One.

 

no, there is not

 

Just look in your engine bay near where your air filter connects to the front quarter panel. Look in the tranny you should see a little arm coming off of it. connected to that arm is the clutch cable, which runs all the way to the driverside area of the firewall.

I know where it is but I am wondering if there is something missing from it. Like I said on that pic all the way to the right that bolt attaches to the tranny and I know that but a little to the left of that is the adjuster for the cable.....shouldn't it be two bolts so that when you loosen the bolt you tighten the other one, to keep it from moving. LMK. If someone has a pic of one outside of the car it would really help. Thanks. ONE.
