I was wondering if i could gain any more hp changing my exhaust to 3 inch.
I currently have intake, header, cams and spoon ecu. My header is a Vibrant, so i think i should modify the 2.5 inch to a 3 outlet? Or, if so, is there a better header?

The short answer is Yes a 3" exhaust will help you.
Get rid of that spoon ecu and go with something else like kpro.

Does anyone have a dyno chart with 3 inch exhaust?
What header can you guys recommend me, one that can go with 3 inch exhaust. Im currently running with Vibrant but it has 2.5 inch collector.

 

I would deff do a 3 in exhaust for the header either skunk2 or Kidd racing, as far as ecu goes they do no make kpro for 8th gen civic go with the flash pro by far the best ecu upgrade for the civic ... I am currently runnig flash pro Kidd racing header skunk2 70mm exhaust once I put the cams in I am going to run 3 in. I am currently making 216 whp and 160 ft/lbs

 

i got an 09 Si sedan, i currently got a "go-pwr header tri-y with 3'inch outlet to a full go-pwr exhaust also 3' inch piping no cat just rezig. if you listen to the sound stream of a mugen exhaust for the 8th gen coupe it almost and looks identical. It's got great pwr and mid range to top end is explosive

 

i to have the go power 3" , headertek header aem cold air and flashpro .. i made 218hp 161 tq .gopower is the best !!!! fits perfect ..imo flashpro is junk i made 211 hp before flashpro

What do you guys recommend me, i want to have the highest hp possible.
I have Vibrant header ,2.5 collector. Im changing to 3 inch exhaust. So, what can i do, just put 3 inch to the 2.5 inch collector, or, get a piece of 2.5 inch exhaust right after the header and then weld the 3 inch exhaust? Or, get a new header with 3 inch collector?

i would leave header alone . youll need a big block if you want to make REAL power . but a 2.0 with bolts on's and flashhoe will make a night a day difference . car are heavy they need more tq . even 2.0s with pistons and cams arnt as BA as a 2.4 car .. hp peak doesnt mean ne thing ..
