ckf bypass not passing smog?

is it true that you cant pass smog with a ckf bypass? this is what i was planning on doin with my b20 swap but someone is telling that it wont pass.

Yeah, it won't pass visual. Unless you know a smog shop that will let you slide.

ive had CKF bypass on 2 previous checks and passed no problem
