99 EX Coupe 2.3 Vtec
99 ex title from previous owner reads 164k Miles. Motor is brand new H23a Blue Top from Hmotors Low miles. Swap was done by one6 motor sports have reciets. New water pump timing belt ect. Obd1 converted no cel. Quick car fun to drive. Car has been driven less then 2000 miles since swap.
