Default My D2B 89 SI

Seeing a lot of D series. So I thought Id post up. Won my first race last weekend. Went the fastest Ive ever gone. And seeing my trap speeds, theres a lot of room left in it. With some more seat time, hopefully Ill see below a 10.5.

Track is Bandimere Speedway, 5800' altitude.

Sorry for the crappy videos.

Im the white EF hatch

First round. First 10.

Bye run. Couldnt back it up.

Finals. Backed it up and improved.

After watching the bye run, I DEFINITELY need more boost in 2nd. New slicks on their way, well get more boost in 1st too. Only running 17 in 1st and 2nd, 30 in 3rd and 4th.

Thanks guys.

I hate dyno numbers for anything but comparing my old charts for improvement. But corrected, it made 460 on 24 psi with a blown head gasket pushing coolant. My buddy/tuner thinks we could have seen close to 500 at that boost level, if we could have finished the tune, and the head gasket wasnt leaking.

The car weighs 2300 with me. So whatever that trap and weight equate to.

Ive got B series mounts on the tranny, and a urethane filled OEM mount on the block with a spacer.

[EDIT] Oh, and yea its on Hondata.

If someone would make a 3 piece, it wouldnt be an issue. My buddy and I are considering doing it ourselves.
