Default MSD vs. Accel

Ok, i've been researching both a little, but i can seem to find anything compairing them. They have very similar specs..

Accel 200+, from my understanding is an ignition coil amplifier...nothing more i belive. (might have a rev limiter)

Accel 300+, this seems like its more compairable to the MSD 6AL.

Can anyone help clear this up for me? which to buy, MSD or Accel, a reason would be nice also...thanks
