Cars been sitting for a few months, went out started it and to see if it was cool. Started just fine shut off just fine. Went out there a few weeks later and tried to start it and it wont start. I can smell fuel and i checked my spark plugs and got no spark. I also took the cap off the distributor and got no spark.

Could my crank position sensor bad, or cam position sensor? Or am i just way off base on this.

My car seems like it wants to start but it just wont.

Also i've checked my fuses.

 

did you check the coils resistance and get the icm tested? it seems like it wants to start, so by this do you mean it cranks over?

im going through the same issue on my 90 so i feel your pain
