Guys, the damn car won't start. Car will crank then cut out right away. Kinda reminds me of my old engine's distro problem...it's really HOT out today...this swap(z6) has never done this to me...I've had the swap for 4 months. I know the spark plugs are ok, just checked them when I did the compression tests two weeks ago. Any ideas?

Hmm, try getting some starter fluid and spray it into the throttle body and see what it does. Check the order of your spark plugs too on the distributor being the following:

3 4
1 2

ejectbutton

try jumping the battery? lookin inside dizzy? is there a loud click when you try to start it?

Thanks for the help. Got class that starts in one minute, looks like I'll be walking 20 min to the campus...well, maybe give it one more shot to see if it starts.
