I posted up a WTB thread for a 2000 civic ex auto knock sensor. I got a pm from b18ctrb saying he had one and we agreed on the price. I paypaled him and I get a sensor in the mail with two pins on it and didn't think much till i took my car to the shop(something I rarely do but I've been busy lately) and had a service done and wanted them to install it. I get a call back saying its the wrong part and I need a one pin knock sensor.

So after paying $42 to R&R a knock sensor that couldn't be reinstalled I pm'd b18ctrb and he apologized and told me all knock sensors are the same for 96-00. Later he goes on to tell me he has a one pin and he will put it in the mail the next day.

A week later still nothing so I'm emailing and pm'ing this guy but now he's ignoring me and wont refund my paypal.

I've noticed a pattern of negative feedback from this guy and it seems like he always sends the wrong parts. BUYER BEWARE.


Update: After several weeks of not responding to emails or pm's I finally received the right part, but it wasn't until after I filed a Paypal Claim that he sent it.
