Default f22b dohc

I just got an jdm f22b. which after market parts should I stick with? F22b or H23 any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You can use F22B1 pistons and rods. And valvetrain from the H23.

the engine has 160 hp and somewhere around 130 or 140 torque i think cant remember, but if you get this engine (highly recomended) to use the ecu for this engine, another option would to use the ecu from a h23 but that requires a knock sensor, so i have heard that you could use a b181b ecu no knock sensor, but i havent heard anyone who has used an integ ecu with this engine. i would think the integ would have a better fuel curve than the h23 correct me if i'm wrong, but then u have to keep an eye on where you shift as redline is 6500 on f22b and on an integ its 7000 or what ever not sure so it all depends on you on how to get he most out of your engine
