Default H Series Build (Few Questions)

Car is an '98 EK hatch (base model manual everything), car is obd1 converted and will be tuned on a chipped p28

Engine:
H22 (its jdm if that matters)
Short Ram Intake

Head:
Crower Stage 2 Cams, Retainers, springs
Slight port/polish

Trans:
M2S4
Exedy Stage 4 Clutch
Gator Stg 2 axles

Suspension:
Omni Full Coil Overs
Full Race Traction Bar
Camber Kits
LCA
BFG Radials

Exhaust:
RMF Drag Header
2.5" Piping

Misc:
MSD SC Ignition
FPR
Short Ram
CF Hood

My Questions:
What would be the redline for the build (cams are good for 8500, but idk about the rods)?
I'm looking to dip into the 12's (any suggestions if i'm not already there)?
Any items you would recommend changing?
Any weight reduction suggestions (not to drastic)?

Thanks in Advance

Ideal redline would be when you actually dyno and see where your power curve ends

Personally this is what I would go for:

Pro1s
I would change to 3" exhaust
B trans
Slicks will help you reach your goal much better than drag radials
Everything else looks good

Same question, zero experience with Hondas.. converting F23A1 (Vtec) engine auto tranny to M2S4 manual... but, also have MT from another F23A1. From what I've read, sounds like ratios on M2S4 are tighter, more fun...but is 5th too low in the M2S4 for allot of highway driving? too much conflicting info... whatcha think...
