B series High Performance ignition systems!!!
This is for any one who can help me. it will be appreciated. I have been considering getting a b series engine for my hatch and have just rounded up the cash to do it. But before doing anything.. I plan to get some horse power out of it and I understand the importance of accurate timing for peek HP and i understand different types of ignition systems. Knowing that i understand that specific b series engines have Vtec and the distributor is in in-between exhaust and intake twin cams. So cams should be spinning faster then your average car due to addition moving parts and HP efficiency even though its still have the rotation of cams it spins faster. I also know that they are high revving engines, high end power. Understand that saturation (dwell) should be an issue. And I want to know if any performance parts will replace the stock ignition systems and I’m not talking about MSD crap. I’m talking about Optical type etc. for any one who could answer please. And thank you.
