Default Automatic AWD to 5 speed AWD HELP

My automatic transmission is starting to go out I found a 5 speed AWd transmission for Cheap. What are all the parts necessary to do the swap.

So far I have-
5 speed AWD transmission
ACT b series clutch, pressure plate and flywheel
Integra Master Cylinder and Slave Cylinder

Would I be able to swap out the CRV 1st Gear for an LS 1st gear? I'd prefer the longer 3.23 1st
Is it possible to swap out the stock diff for a LSD?

MY question is what else am I missing, what am I really getting myself into .

i know someone already did a frank tranny for our crvs.. just search or
browse through the threads, i think he did replace the crv tranny into LS
5th gear, im not sure about the rest of the gears....

LSD may not be possible for the rt4wd system.. if my understanding is right,
the crv's tranny is a modified lsd, coz when the front tires slips the rwd engages....
also you might mess up the whole 4wd sytem coz of incorrect gear ratio especially
the rear diff, i cant further explain this but it had been tackled before...

incase you decided to push through the project keep us updated...!!!!
good luck!

I will i've been reading alot of your posts on how our AWD system works.. An from what i've gathered unfortunately it is a hunk of **** and only thing it's worth doing is spending the money to make it RWD.

Right now the crv is b20vtec turbo. You've done some fine things with your crv.

You can't swap first without swapping the input shaft and second gear, and I'm pretty sure you can't swap the input shaft due to differences between the CR-V tranny and all other B-series transmissions.

Other stuff you'll need:

Pedals set from a '97 - '01 5 speed CR-V
Shift cables
shift boot and trim ring
mounts
intermediate shaft potentially
