1995 EX sedan. All options. Sunroof works, power everything
Has an odd misfire. Toe in half throttle 1000-2500 rpm misfire. Clears, then pulls strong. Idles rough at times, pretty much acts same way it did when a plug wire broke and it was on 3 cyl. Except it's transient. Don't know what the deal is. Don't care to figure it out either. 100% reliable, been like this since last fall. Cleaned the IACV and it improved, could be TB ports need cleaning, plug wires, distributor, not sure. Only happens once warmed to operating temp which makes me think it's something with those two valves by the TB, IACV and the other one whos name escapes me.
Exhaust is completely rotted out, hanging off after the cat. Needs emissions. No CEL, but will need to repair exhaust and possibly repair misfire depending on if it does it while at the emissions station or not. Passed every time before, don't want to mess with fixing exhaust to get it through this year.
Auto trans shifts great
Rusty, clear coat is peeled, paint peeling on roof/very sunfaded, hood was spraypainted for this reason, doesn't match the color on the rest of the car
Passenger rear window doesn't work
AC doesn't work, hasn't worked since 2004
Blower only has speeds 3 and 4
ABS, brakes are great
Decent aftermarket speakers x4
I'm keeping the head unit that's in there but if you're looking to fix and drive/flip I'lll throw another in it.
In the past two years it's had battery, water pump, alternator, axle, front tires, upper balljoints, fairly new junkyard OEM muffler (rust free) tie rod ends and radiator.
You could fix it and drive it or part it and junk it or register it where there's no emissions. I don't care, don't have time to mess with it.
