Default Crankshaft Help

Alright, I'm kinda new to the whole internal specs for motors, and I'm rebuilding a D16z6 motor for my honda to be NA, and I looked up crankshafts for the motor, but they popped up all sorts of numbers and percentages that I just looked at in complete confusion. Could someone please explain to me how to make my decision on what I should get?? Please and thank you!

i'm also wondering about the percentages and what not when looking at the diagrams, this way i could possibly understand more about the internals and how they work.
