ecu change help

Right now I have 98 civic lx ecu, and I'm gonna be doin mini me mod soon, don't have head yet but have ecu p2p a84, will car run ok if I install it already, without head?

no u will be throwing codes and it will not help performance any and there is no point in swapping the ecu without the head and sensors. knock,vtec,pressure switch etc...
