So my civic wont start anymore after last week.. Didnt do anything.. So it cranks and thats it.. I can hear the fuel pump so its. Its not thats..checked my grounds/fuses/wires all check out..tried 2 main relays both same thing.. Only way i can get it started is by push starting it..any ideas? Distributor maybe?

Ok new ignition switch new main relay still having the same issue... Just cranks and no start..any ideas? The only way it will start is if i push start it

 

The fuel pump primes when the key is turned from OFF to ON(II), right?

But you can push start the engine, right?

And when the key is in ON(II), the starter turns the engine but it won't start, right?

When cranking the engine in ON(III), have you checked for spark at the plugs and whether the injector spray fuel?

 

Yea fuel pump primes..
Only start when i push start it
Starter turn but no engine start
No spark.. New dist month ago

 

Sounds like an ignition switch problem. Test it.

 

How do i test the ignition switch?
