Came home from work and another new part in the mail... nothing crazy but should help me. Since I have uber dark window tint I can't see **** when reversing... If you have dark tint to you should definitely look into these! www.retro-solutions.com
Here is my stock bulbs

Well RetroSolutions came up with a new bulb for the 05 when I asked a couple of weeks ago!

So lets compare!

And now both together!

I wonder why they aren't uniform in the light output. But yeah, nice upgrade. I replaced all the halogen bulbs in my car with LED, interior and exterior.

Additionally, we have had your customers come to us for replacement bulbs, and one commented how ours in comparison were brighter and they liked the quality better. Go figure.
Really..... Let's see, you told people on another forum your LED bulbs were the "same" as ours even though we both know that is quite simply not the case. We had to put up a disclaimer because of your claims.

"we have had your customers come to us for replacement bulbs" is this a competitor dispute here? The competition trying to plant a bad seed?
Well either way I'll be the neutral party. As an electrical engineer I'll tell you that LEDs are awesome as far as lumen output and longevity as long as two factors are considered; quality LEDs (these companies usually don't manufacture the LED itself, they design and build a circuit/"bulb" for 12V automobile use) and a quality voltage/current regulation circuit built into the bulb. LEDs are again awesome but they are more sensative to over-voltage and over-current conditions than your standard bulb.
LED replacement "bulbs" aren't that crazy expensive. Just don't take one persons opinion as gold, buy one of several brands to compare to get YOUR opinion, then select favorite for the full setup. Simple, can't we all just get along?
Me personally, I'm working on custom fitting LEDs into a full array with pulse control modulation and pattern programmability with some other funky styling thrown in.
If you want some help or want to run some ideas past us, please feel free, we still have a passion for it!
