Alright so for those with painting experience here is my question. When doingfull inside out repaints what do you guys do to promote paint adhesion to the interior/inside of the doors. Should I just wet sand them with a green scrub pad or ??? Kinda lost on this and almost ready to go but want to figure this out before I start laying down primer.

Da or hand sand with 320 or 400..clean good w/ grease and wax remover , tack rag then paint..

 

dont use a DA youll go right through to the metal use 600 wet until its not shiny anymore or you could use a scuff pad just make sure to get everything and do a light first coat good luck

 

well as far as the door jams and inside the car i handsand with 320...


i guess depending on what color your painting choice your grits up higher...
