For the fronts you have to remove the hub from the bearing to be able to replace them, whether you have to replace any of it will depend on its inspection according to manual.
For me the easiest way to replace the fronts is to replace the whole spindle/hub/bearing as a unit with a good used one (Civic ex',lxs also work).

on civics, you can grind a small amount off the back of the stud where it seats. this will be just enough to slip it in past the hub. might be same for integras

You can grind down the spindle...but you gotta grind the EFF out of it. I don't know if it's safe anymore after that. We did do it on my friend's car and he went through several autocrosses and track days without an issue.

You can always find a spindle at a junk yard. Just find a 94-01 integra. Any model will work. Take the whole spindle/hub. Around here, that's $20. The only disadvantage is that the bearing/ball joint might be bad in the junk yard spindle...which puts you back at the drawing board. If you go this route, defnitely find an integra donor or a 92-95 civic EX donor. Don't use a 96-00 civic spindle. They're of a different geometry and you'll need an alignment real bad. If you were replacing both sides, it wouldn't be a huge issue. But you don't want one side being different than the other.

Just have a machine shop press out the hub and do it. You almost definitely want a new bearing for it. Pressing it out is pretty hard on the bearing and you don't want it to get put back together just to find out that you need a bearing after all.

Bearings from advance auto with a year long warranty are like $50something. The OEM honda bearings from www.bernardiparts.com are around $60something. OEM is most likely the better part. I have the advance part in my car because I wanted it done right away. It's been working just fine for a while now.

on my civic all i did was take the rotor and caliper off and cut them out. then before putting the new ones in i had to grind some of the backing off of the stud

ye that's what i was saying. dunno if the hub is a different diameter on integras and may not make this possible though.
