NEED HELP : My Honda S2000 Isn't turning over and Running. IM STUMPED

Alright peoples. I just purchased my 2000 Honda S2000.
UPDATE, PROBLEMS MOSTLY FIXED : The damn previous owner had the crank position sensor half of the way unbolted (moron). Now im just missing a fuel regulator to get it running great!!!!

If it's farting as in it catches, then insta-stalls there's either a failed connection or a combustion chamber problem(assuming what you said was true). Re-check all the wiring/plugs and tighten them a 2nd and 3rd time to be sure, then do a compression check. Since you've never seen it run, can you really rule out that the pistons are destroyed and/or the rings are gone?
Actually just re-read it, which part of the fuel system did you check through? Did you check the injectors themselves to see if they're firing? With the supercharger setup, IIRC they had their own injectors so that's one component that was tamper with. Make sure the wiring for the injectors is correct and that the injectors are all working. Set up rags or a catch pan and power it up to rule out fuel.

Following the idea of the above post did you put the stock fuel injectors back in and the stock map sensor? There is a little bit more to swapping back then just removing the supercharger. These are just the two I would start with.
