it might not be leaking at the oil pan. how many miles does your engine have?
I had the same problem and after 3 gaskets ($99.82), i found out it was the rear main seal ($21)

Yeah, I have had to replace a whole bunch of main seals for people, it's a bitch too. Well if you have a lift and a tranny jack it's real easy to replace, but if you on your back like I do you have to drop the oil, tranny fluid, tak eout the axles and the drop the tranny, once the tranny is out, the seal that is on the block where the input shaft slides in, yeah it's that little seal right there, ih and make sure you pull the seal all out before replacing and make sure when you put the new seal in that is goes all the way in evenly. Enjoy
If your oil Pan is leaking from around the seems you can correct this problem as so....Drop the oil pan by loosening and removing the nuts. Once the oil pan is removed make sure to remove any washers that might be left behind from the gasket. They are very small and can easily be missed, they usually are stuck to the engine block where the bolts are, make sure they are ALL removed. Remove the gasket from the oil pan. Clean the surface around the oil pan that touches the engine block and clean the engine block itself using a degreaser. After both surfaces are clean apply Honda Bond on the oil pan edges, make sure you apply it liberally around the edges where there is no bolt holes. Lay the gasket on the oil pan and then tighten the nuts back, make sure you torque the bolts down, or tighten the bolts evenly. Let sit for 1 day. If the oil pan still leaks from possibly one of the bolts apply Honda Bond around the thread, if it still leaks your oil pan may possibly been bent and you will need to purchase a new one

make sure your torqued inside out.. or try the "r" gasket.. it has some metal reinforcements to not have the gasket ripple up.. same price as the delsol...
