WTB: Good Gas Mileage Car-CASH IN HAND
Just finished with my divorce and my ex-wife is more or less living off of me still in child support money. I also just took a new job where I drive 55 miles-one-way to work 5 days a week and gas prices are killing me. I've had the fun cars(s2k and currently driving an IS300) so I'm needing a car that is good on gas mileage due to financial restraints now.
What I'm looking for specifically, SAFE(I have a 16 month old son), at least 27mpg DAILY, in good shape and I can count on to put the miles on for the next 3-4 years with the usual Honda/Toyota maintenance, and prefer it to look good. Also must be easily driven in the winter with my daily commute. Brand wise I'm open to anything but I dont want anything horribly old and prefer Japanese and European(quality of builds were phenomenal late 90's/early 00's compared to American).
The details: I live in the Terre Haute, Indiana area. I will be in Indianapolis tomorrow all day car shopping. I have $4500 CASH IN HAND and ready to buy tomorrow and plan on heading home tomorrow night with a different car. I will consider up to $5000 but it depends on the car and shape of the vehicle. Like I said, I do have the money in the account and ready to buy so technically not cash in hand but no financing to deal with and no waiting for me to get funding.
Hit me up on here with your vehicle specs and pictures if you have some and if I'm interested I'll message you with my number with more details. I NEED TO MOVE FAST ON THIS! SHOW ME WHAT YOU HAVE!
