My Slim Matte Black HID kit came in today. Not very satisfied. One of the ballast flickers when it's turned on, the other ballast isn't assembled well. The bottom plate that encloses the ballast is bent and is not flush to the matte black enclosure. I ordered the 6000K color temp. the website says it's crystal white it's more ice blue, it's very difficult to see the road at night. How can I get a complete refund?
