Default Optima Battery in truck. rules for track?

i have a 08 civic si with an optima battery mounted in the trunk. does anybody know if i still need a box? i know the batteries are dry cell or sealed so no acid fumes will come out, thats why im asking if a box is necessary. also would i need anything else? 10.5 index is what i will be running in..

yes you need a box OR it needs to be enclosed from the drivers compartment and youll need a kill switch

not sure on the back seats, but i believe so actually. email your local track.

kill switch is needed anytime you relocate the battery, no matter how quick you run
