ok i have a b16a i rebuilt it about a month ago everything is stock the only thing i did was swap in a set of ctr pistons which bump the compression up to around 11.9:1 now the car sound and run great , but the only problem im having is that it smokes burnt oil when i take it up into higher rpms around 6k and up but after i stop beating it, it doesnt smoke wtf could it be?

a friend told me it could be that i need a oil catch can to release crank pressure idk any help would be great

 

Did you replace the rings when you put in the CTR slugs?

 

yes sir everything is new, the only thiing i didnt replace were the valve seals

 

your valve seals might be the problem
