Icon2 help with Stock GSR with Skunk2 Intake Manifold

ok I am thinking of converting my car to obd1an tune it to the Skunk2 IM and from what I have read and googled all I can come up with its point less since I have stock cams. So my Main question is Would it just be better If I put the stock Dual stage Manifold back on or still keep the skunk2 Manifold on and get it tuned still make some power?

p.s all I got is a short ram intake and headers and a stock type R cat back and the its OBD2a

I am running a Skunk2 IM with Hondata Gasket and CAI, with Hytech header in my 96 GSR. It runs good and I am killing stock GSRs. Definitely invest in getting it tuned. If you can get cams then do it. Good luck.
