caliper locking up help!!
so my driving side calliper tends to lock up overtime after using my brakes, ive replaced the master cylinder thinking that was the problem then came back, i broke off 1 of my bleeder valves in the back so have only been able to get air out of those three
Make sure your rear brakes are in adjustment, poor adjustment will overwork the front brakes and cause overheating, and can eventually damage the caliper.
Unbolt the calipers and inspect the brake pads for signs of overheating. Use a C clamp to retract the piston to its bottom, ensuring it does not take excessive force to retract, that is a sign of binding. Then remove the caliper mount pins and ensure they are not bent or siezed. Reinstall with new high temp silicone grease, do not use wheel bearing grease.
Odds are something that I have mentioned above is requiring attention.
update, got da rear trailing arms for rear disk swap and the problem continues its just the left side that seems to be getting stuck shut the lines have been proparly bled
