Got a used greddy kit, 50 trim turbo, .57a/r 11psi wastegate. Gonna get tuned on 7 and 11 psi by blacktrax sometime next week. Just curious in expecting what numbers i should be throwin' down with the two psi's.
And b20 safe for 11psi(hard racing only)?

 

I am not going to comment on power, but the FIRST thing I would do when boosting that motor is put in some ARP or Golden Eagle head studs.

 

Hell, I wouldn't do it at all, unless you have a spare block around.

 

My old setup...
B20b w/p8r head, ramhorn manifold,70mm tb, victorx intake manifold, rebuilt garrett 50 trim w/63a.r. Turbine. I put down 245 on 8lbs and 278 on 11lb with finer tuning. Drove it every day for over a year until the pos rocker bolt stripped and it dropped a valve. If you plan to rev it to 7k you better jbweld or helicoil the rocker bolts they are prone to strip out. Non vtec heads are crap

ok I was wrong about the a/r it is a .63 a/r not 57 but apparently it is a 50 trim. And it's common too, it's what everybody rocks lol.

 

B20s are weak rod and sleeve wise. They dont like revs or lots of boost on stock sleeves. Best advise is to sleeve it and get a vtec head.

greddy manifold is t2 flanged and its a physical impossibility to have a t2/t04e, thats a huge mismatch.
