i thook my block into a shop to get hot tanked and figured what the hell ill get the block decked while its there the question i need anwsered is the oil passage plug can be taken out with any problems.020 off the block and the guys at the shop said it would take that off so. If that need to be there then ill just take it off the head.

 

you need the oil jet - if it is still there, take a screwdriver and pop the jet and O-ring out, then have the block decked, then put the jet and O-ring back in - tap it in with a hammer - if you mess it up taking it out, just get a new one from Honda - part number 21 and 22 in the picture:
