84.5mm gsr all motor
Hey Honda-tech. I am in the middle of building an all motor gsr just got the block back from being sleeved. Have eagle rods (ls) using a 89mm crank balance and polish. Still debating comp was going with 13:1 but still not sure. This is not my daily but want to drive to and from track. Will tune on s300 and gas will be e85. Head consist on crower spring and retainers with flat valves.'will be using pro 3'cam skunk 2'manifold and 68mm tb. Hytech rep headers reg size'800cc injectors.
Please give me feed back if I need to change any thing.

definitely get a bigger manifold with a bigger motor your going to need it. I would go with 14.1 compression a friend of mine has a similar build and that motor is a beast. The hytech reps made pretty good power on his car, two of our other cars run different a header one runs a Bisi and made nice power and the other a RMF and it also makes good power. Two of these cars make 250+ and run low 11's. Dont forget a nice port job..Luke from 4piston has done some heads for us and they are sick

Putting that kind of work in, you need a GOOD header.
I can't speak on the CR, etc on E85, I don't have the knowledge to speak on it.
As for headporting, Brad @ RLZ is one of the best honda headporters in the business. Think about the flat faced valves. Realize that the added weight of the flat-faced valves will be detrimental, especially when you're revving high.

Agreed, get that compression as high as possible. E85 is rated at 105 octane but tunes more like ~112 because it burns much cooler than regular petroleum. 800cc injectors should be plenty, get a fuel pump also if you don't have one yet.
