Is the k20 a direct swap for a 2002 civic i have heard it is. For anybody that has done is did you come across any problems that i should be aware about ahead of time ?

 

No, it's not a direct swap. You'll need to do some work, but only after doing a fair amount of reading / learning.

Unless you're getting the same exact series motor for your car, I dont think any motor swap is a direct swap.....

didn't there used to be a sticky to do the swap? i know there's at least a DIY guide floating around here somewhere. anyway if the OP saw it then he would know that it is a lot more complicated then just dropping the engine in.
