centric rotors are good as well, just get blanks no need for cross drilled slotted BS, any kind of carbon metalic or semi-metalic will be good

How do you use the car?
For strictly daily driver street use, AutoZone Duralast pads and blank rotors work perfectly fine, been using them on my GS-R for nearly a decade now.
If you do any autocross or anything of that nature, go with Hawk pads or similar as mentioned above.
Everyone always automatically says "Brembo blank rotors" but really the blank rotors from any auto parts store will work fine. The AutoZone ones are around $30/side I believe. I have 2 sets so that I can always keep a fresh resurfaced set ready to go.

not the same. the cheap counterparts will pit and warp much earlier. hell, i've gotten cheapies that needed to be machined right outta the box
