So I did the swap...aparently none of the colors matched on the 12pin plug... so I went by location. I got the gauge lights and hightbeams working but not the fuel gauge and engine coolant. Frustration Frustration THREE & a Half days later I got it working! Heres how: Pin #6 Yellow might not be on the small plug...its on the big plug, get an extra wire, bring it on over badda bing badda boom everything works!! More deatails later, hopefully this helps others down the line!!!

yeah the digrams only show the colors on for the 88 Si & the Dx not the Hf or Std (I believe) So the some of the colors may not be in the correct spot, so I went by location, and then matching colors. YELLOW goes in pin #7 on the small plug exactly where your digrams tell you to go. If your car was wired like mine you will find that YELLOW on the 12pin plug, sorry I forget what pin# it was, but it will be slightly thicker!
Hopefully this clears up any confushion for other people!
