Default Gauge Cluster/temp gauge problem

So I bought a 99 si from a buddy and the temp gauge hasn't worked. I pulled put the cluster and there was large blue plug, a small green plug and a small yellow plug on the left plugged into the back of the cluster. On the right there is a large green plug and a small orange plug. The small orange plug was taped up to the large blue plug and not plugged in. So I'm guessing that's why my temp gauge isn't working. The only problem is I cannot find a spot to plug the orange plug in to save my life. Pics to come. Any help would be much appreciated.

With the cluster plugged in, disconnect the 1-wire temp sending unit under the distributor and then ground the wire in the connector. When you turn the key from off to ON(II), does the temp gauge needle rise toward hot?

The orange plug is for ABS. The Yel/Grn wire at B12 is for the temp gauge.
