Default Still having problems with crx not starting

okay about a week ago I went out to my car...got in it..started it pulled outta my parking spot and it juwst started jerking like crazy...I stopped it and let it idle..(its done this before)....I move forward again and it just dies....it wouldnt start or anything....with the CEl on...and Lots of loud ticking from around where my main relay is.

Okay so a week goes by I didnt really mess with it..ivge been to busy...I just went out this morning and really examined it....I switched ecu's...same thing....took off the negative battery terminal...put it on and the clicking stopped(at this point the ticking had prgressed even with just the accesorys was on)...well I go in it....and it started...I was like holy ****...drove it and it drove fine...but didnt go to far worrying id be stranded or somthing....

come back to my apartment....turn the car off...with the car off and the key out of the ignition I was throwing a code???? how they hell do you do that...well it was a code 20...which ive thrown before....I found a bad connection at a3 and redid that....it doesnt throw any codes now....but when you turn it over it wont start...and you can kinda hear the main relay clicking....good news is fuel pump does turn on...

no lights are dim or anything.....could it be a bad dizzy....I havent checked for spark as ive been alone all day......could it be a bad ignition switch...thats what im thinking becuase its had problems before i did the swap......

could it be the clutch relay switch...and how hard is that to fix?
