help i have a 95 civic my trunk keeps leaking it appears to be leaking in from the drivers side trunk wall it looks like from around the filler neck but there's no way, where would the water be coming in from from that location?

 

 

Hold a match to it and see if it goes

thanks for the suggestions ive checked the drains and they are not clogged anyone have this problem?
