hey guys. I have a gsr block trying to sleeve it. I researched and noone in my area does it. whats the best bang for the buck and to whom do I ship it to and whats the price on getting my block sleeved?

I would just send it to Darton Sleeves. they are located in Carlsbad, CA. I don't know how much shipping will cost you to ship it there but they charged me $40 for shipping, but I'm located in CA as well. They installed my MID 84mm sleeves and decked the block for me and checked for leaks etc. good luck.
