What do you mean jerking? Pulling to one side or the other? Engine jumping? Transmission slipping?

it doesn't do it ALL the time it mainly does it when i jump in it and drive instead of letting it set and idle for about 5 minutes. it is more a jerking in the engine i dont think it has anything to do with alignment or transmission but again i really dont know.. at first everyone thought it was my driving because i'm still new to a manual transmission but it has gradually gotten worse and is now doing it to everyone who drives her..

while driving and it starts jerking it is after i've let off the clutch, the rpm jump around between 3 and 4 the more gas i give the more smoother she becomes and its mainly in the first three gears. once i hit 4th she isn't doing it as bad or as often.

Do you think it might be the fuel pump? not sending the engine the appropriate amount of gas?

Mine jerks as I let out the clutch because every single bushing and motor mount is shot.
