hello guys! i need a help with fixing my cruise control system,
i bought a EM1 without cruise control, and soon after i found out that the previous owner completely deleted the SRS as well
so i bought a complete cruise control system and re-installed
there are brake sensor and crutch sensor installed.... the cruise button light comes on when pressed but whenever i try to engage the cruise control system to work by pressing the switch on the steering.. it wouldnt work
im a newbie with EM1... i did a search and sometimes you have to disable the cruise control system too when disabling the SRS system, because the electrical wires for SRS associate with cruise control system
i have all the parts installed correctly and the fuse is fine... i would like to know what could have been done possibly by previous owner and what it takes to restore the cruise control system.. i dont care too much about the SRS but i do desperately need cruise control to work
thank you in advance

i dont know what rubber stoppers you are talking about
but as far as my observation about the switch and connectors on the brake and clutch pedals are all connected and seems like they are in right place
my horn did not work, so i thought it was cable reel, so i replaced the cable reel
now the horn works but still no cruise control...
do you think the vacume line connects to the chasis matters? i have one of the two vacume lines from the actuator connected to the intake manifold but the other one which supposed to be connected the chasis is not there but i didnt think it would matter
The two switches on the clutch pedal are shown below. The rubber stoppers that press on the two switches are colored blue and red. Check whether the red stopper is missing or damaged on the clutch and brake pedals.

^ thank you for the diagram for easier understanding
i just checked those two switches and they seem to be fine...
i keep thinking it is electrical related issues....

^ thanks for the diagram...
so the red switch is supposed to be pushed when clutch pedal is in rest?
is that how the cruise control become enabled?
cuz my red switch is not having any contact either in rest or engaged
i think this is why CC is not engaging cuz the CC switch is not being pressed right?
i have a feeling i just discovered the problem if so THANK YOU SO MUCH!
can i adjust the clutch pedal so that the switch would be pressed when in rest? or do i have to get a whole new switch?
