Default B18C1 internals into a B17?? (2 questions)

Can the B18C1 crank, rods, pistons, be swapped into a B17 block?
Can just the B18C1 crank be used in the B17 block with the B17 rods and pistons?
Thanks in advance!!!

If my memory serves me right, the B17 block is the same as a B16a, I could be wrong though. If it is as a B16a block, then no, you cannot use B18C1 internals. The deck height of a B16a is 7mm shorter than a B18, which means the stroke would be way too much for a B16a and the pistons would come out of the top of the block. The crank may have some clearance issues with the oil squirters and the bottom of the cylinders as well.
