Default What to use to remove oxidation from stainless steel

What are the things to use to remove the black oxidation from the exhaust tip.
Also, there were some coolant that was accidentally sprayed onto the header, is there a way to remove the stain marks?

Would using rubber alcohol, chrome polish, brake cleaner or wax cleaner help?

i hear eagle 1 mag and aluminium wheel polish works really well. can be found at canadian tire and it can also remove the blueish colour the stainless steel header turns into after a while.........
