95 HONDA EX squeek
got a squeeking sound comming from the suspension..Dealer says its the ball joints in the upper control arm..I just had them both repleces within the last two years..He says there tight just squeeking because they are aftermarket..Dont wanna replace them because original equipment is $200 a control arm. Hes a good freind so the labor wont be bad..I was wondering if anyone else has/had this problem and what are my options?

Squeaking from the upper control arm area is most likely shot bushings where the UCA is bolted to the shock tower.
I had this issue with my old original UCA's - bushings and ball joints were all shot. I bought aftermarket OEM replacement UCA's complete with ball joints and bushings for about $80 for the pair off of eGay. That was the biggest waste of money ever. Those arms were completely worn the hell out in barely a year or so. Since then I spent the $90/side for new OEM Honda UCA's with ball joints and bushings and all has been good for at least 2-3 years now.
You should be able to get both UCA's brand new, complete, for under $200. IMHO that's the way to go. Then you know it's quality and won't have problems with it for many years.

Check inlinefour for them.
When I went to my local dealer looking for them, they wouldn't sell them to me without buying the entire trailing arm.
They didn't even have a part number for them, but Acura did.
